This service is available for chequer plate, cold-rolled sheet, hot-rolled sheet, perforated sheet, etc.
We use the micro-undulation technique for this. You’ll achieve a closed, dirt-repellent surface. The treated surface is also less susceptible to scratches and fingerprints.
You’ll achieve a satin-gloss finish which combines perfectly with wood. This finish is retained on both high-traffic and low-traffic areas.

Interior design – furniture

For interior design, staircases, furniture, etc. are electrolytically polished, primarily for aesthetic reasons. Polished stainless steel combines beautifully with wood, colours, etc.
Another advantage is that electrolytically polished surfaces are much easier to clean. Fingerprints are less likely to stick or disappear on their own after a short while. Furthermore, Packo Surface Treatment offers a special non-fingerprint treatment. The final finish has a satin gloss where dirty fingerprints and damages are well concealed.
Electrolytic polishing also prevents black discolouration on the treads of chequered plates. The surface acquires a satin gloss and and the complete surface remains a uniform colour despite intensive passage.

Splash walls, cookerhoods, baseboards
Anyone opting for stainless steel (inox) flooring, splash walls, cooker hoods, baseboards, stair treads, etc., will inevitably end up considering amorphisation, electropolishing or micro-undulation.
Without one of these treatments, your splashback, stair tread or floor will simply be impossible to maintain: you’ll be left with all shades of grey and black, not to mention the accompanying bacterial colonies.
With amorphisation or micro-undulation, you achieve a hygienic and seamless surface. Easy to maintain, dirt-repellent and with a consistently even satin sheen.
