To achieve a specific surface finish, it is sometimes advisable to process the components by mechanical grinding and polishing. We are able to realise the standard Ra values.
You determine the desired end result: high-gloss, mirror polish, soft-tone or satin finish.

We can also use this process to remove scratches and damage from used components, vessels, boilers and reactors.
When reconditioning used equipment, we can additionally carry our minor welding work.

This mechanical polishing may or may not be combined with pickling, passivation, electrolytic polishing or micro-undulation.
